Virtuous Con has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind…
including, but not limited to:
stalking
intimidation
offensive verbal or written comments
sustained disruption of panels, signings, and other events.
in relation to, but not limited to:
race
color
national origin
gender
gender identity
gender presentation
sexual orientation
age
body size
disability
appearance
religion
citizenship
Pregnancy
To report an incident during Virtuous Con. Please go (double-click) on the Virtuous Con Info Desk at the top right of your screen and/or Private Message: Virtuous Con Staff in the chat. We also encourage you to fill out this form in as much detail as possible so we can address the situation immediately and thoroughly.
If a person engages in harassing behavior, Virtuous Con staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from Virtuous Con. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, Fans (Attendees), Speakers, Guests, Professionals, Press, Staff, Volunteers, and Security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy and will be held to the same standards and disciplinary action.
Anyone can report harassment. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact Virtuous Con Staff in the Private Chat. You may also go to the Virtuous Con Info. Desk located at the top right of your screen or report the incident via this form.
Remember: Cosplay is NOT consent to share disrespectful comments, images, or remarks.
